Such as the size,the fuel tank capacity.

2.The most advanced AMADA Laser Cutting System

Amada laser cutting system utilize the latest advances in laser manufacturing technology,even cut without burr,every part of canopy smooth and beautifull,artwork standards.

The material Cold-rolled steel plate use for most electronicl appliance canopy for its high good performance and good appearance.

3. Automatic Bending System

Advanced system that achieves precise(0.03mm)and economical bending results even in lot sizes of less than ten.All related sheet-mental parts can be treated self-directed.Ensure the efficiency and pertinency.Setting complete manufacturing system.

4. Axis Machining Center

Axis Machining Center has high efficiency and high precision, It makes it easy to install the workpiece. No special clamping device is needed to process, reduce the cost of fixture, avoid multiple clamping, and improve the precision of mould machining.

5. Welding

we use 3 types welding equipment: electrowelding, argon arc welding and GMAW-MIG for different parts connect.

6. Polishing

to clear the surface of the surface of burr, rust, oil, dust, and remove coarse particles and impurities on the coating surface and obtain flat surfaces

7. Sand Blasting.

Generator base surface after sand blasting become rough and very evenly, can enhance the outdoor plastic powder adhesion layer on the surface of base.

8.Plastic coating Powder

Adopting outdoor use plastic coating powder,low cost,but with accurate color,beautiful appearance,and durable on rustproof performance.

9.Assembly

Production line in good management and operation,ensure each generator coming our most carefull making.

10.Test for high performance

Over one hour testing for each generator and we only use new oil and anti-frozen water to test, it ensures our generator coming from our most care.
